Yes I fully agree! Thank you for this thoughtful article, Lisa. Some of my own journey is in the post, below. Also, a friend spoke to me about being engaged in a way that is positive - how to focus on the hopeful. I found that helpful. I.e., What’s going right Re climate solutions that I help to encourage? :)

I love it. Thanks for this post, Lisa. It starts with small steps from individuals. The sum of collective action from individuals is rather large! We need to tackle these issues from all angles.

It's true. Our nervous systems can get so spun out by the headlines. I do believe it is important and helpful to come back to the fundamentals of cultivating the capacity to navigate these rather unusual times.
